That's amazing. Congrats. What kind of pain are you in? Maybe that's something you should discuss with a doctor. Do you think you're overdoing exercise or maybe not doing the right types of exercise or is the pain related to something else? I hope it gets better for you.
I have pain related to a car accident and I find that overall exercise helps me with mobility, but pain is still a problem for me quite often. However certain exercises help with the pain, like yoga. I do the Healing Yoga for Aches and Pains video and it helps a lot when I'm feeling really stiff and sore.
