Talking Under 300 for the First Time

It's a bit late to be celebrating this goal, but I feel like I lost some motivation this week (for some reason) and just want to remind myself: among other victories, about two weeks ago, I was FINALLY under 300lbs. for the first time since high school. Woo! When I saw the scale that morning I left the kitchen a total mess because I was shaking so badly! That was almost 80lbs. in 5 and 1/2 months.

Now to get my butt in gear again!

CONGRATS! That is awesome!!! I completely get what you mean..I had hit a plateau a few weeks and kind of felt blah for a bit but after seeing pictures of me from the beginning of may and seeing the pics taken with my kids on first day of school last week it re motivated me..you are doing great keep up the good work!

that's awesome! you are doing great! I hope to reach that milestone this week. I had wanted to see 299 on the scale when I weighed in this morning but I saw 300.1 (it was 299.8 yesterday) but my next weigh-in is thursday and I'm hoping for 298.

That is an amazing accomplishment! We all get tired of constantly being aware and controlling cravings etc. but you have come a long way, don't give up now. Look back, dig deep and use your accomplishment as motivation! You've done a great job!
