I have lost 10 pounds so far and it's really exciting for me. I know it's only a small weight loss, but every 10 pounds lost is 10 pounds less on my body. 85 pounds to go still before I hit my goal, but I'm getting there slowly but surely. I am losing about 2 pounds a week, so that's good. Eventually it would be nice to start losing 3 pounds a week eventually, but right now I'm pretty happy with 2 per week.
