My mini-goal may seem very mini but I just want to stay on track with my WW points for one week. The weekends are really my undoing but I'm going to try and stay strong. So one week without going over my weekly points and then on to stay on track and only using my daily points.

I'm walking whenever I can and will try to use the stairs at work. Wish me luck!
