That would be my 16 year old DD I find it impossible to believe I used to walk around with that on my body - let alone get out of bed and do a days work! This is fabulous motivation at all stages. I like you had a large amount to lose. The 10lb increments really helped.

I like to do that too... and also to look at someone's kids and realize I have lost the approx. amount that kid weighs. I google to find out the average weight for the age.

What a GREAT idea!!! I really need to do this when I've had a rough week. Sometimes I focus too much on the bad week and struggle to look back and see how far of come.
