Talking Younger self would be proud

I was looking through some old pictures just now and they were all from middle/ high school and I was just remembering how I felt about myself then compared to now, and how my younger self would be really proud of me right now. :> It was just a great feeling for me, it's like for so many years I've been wanting to lose weight but never did anything about it and last year around this time I finally did something! Now I'm 40 pounds lighter and still going! It's a mini-goal I wasn't expecting. ~happy dance~

I think that this is what its all about... I meaan sure we want weight loss for health and such, but these huge boosts in confidence are just as important!
