Because I have stalled out on my loss and even gained a couple of pounds this month, I am reassessing my mini goals and final goal date.
My new goals are as follows:
10lb loss in four weeks, starting this past Saturday. That's 10 lbs before my friend's wedding, Sept 8th.
135 lbs by my 30th birthday, September 17th. That's 14 lbs from today's weight. It may not be realistic, but I'm shooting for it anyway.
130 by my daughter's first bday, October 23rd.
Aaaannnd, final goal of 125 by Christmas.
My plan is to work out twice a day and keep a strict calorie budget. To fend off hunger, I am honing in on protein and vegetables.
