I am going into my 4th week of calorie counting and reached another mini-goal....I am down 10lbs!!
The changes that I have noticed is:
- an overall feeling of less bloating
- a pair of shorts now fit perfect
- my husband (that had not seen me for a week) said that he noticed a change
So now I am off to buy myself a new wallet as my mini-goal "prize". No longer am I going to treat myself with food...now my treats are going to be new pretty things
