30 pounds gone for good!
 

Currently at 62.2kg and have been trying to get the 200 grams off but the scale refused to budge all week! (I blame it on the flu :p) So I decided to calculate what was the overall weight loss that I have achieved by now and it's 13.8 kg!! (~30.4 lbs!!) :carrot: So happy with myself that I went to the mirror to appreciate my current body haha! Bimbo moment. Next mini goal shall be to hit a healthy BMI of 23! :)

Stepped on the scale this morning and found that i'm now 61.6kg!! :broc: WOW that felt like a bonus after a week of zero scale movement! :D

My post count is now enough to post a picture! :) The before picture was me acting silly with my friends, we were trying to do modelesque poses but I obviously just looked like a pail haha... I'll keep going! :D
