Default Down 30 pounds from last fall!

I've been around 155 for the past few days so I'd safely say that I weigh around that now!

In the picture last fall I was 186.

My challenge this upcoming fall is to maintain my weight. This summer I am working 6-8 hours a day doing groundskeeping (gardening) so I will not have that source of exercise in the fall (going to school!).

But for now, I am set with exercise!

Whooo, me to. Only in the past couple of weeks I've started appreciating the difference.
I agree with above, maintaining is so good for your body and good practice for when you hit your goal weight.

Bingeing is not coping
Kept up maintenance and learned more healthy habits
