Just wanted to post my mini goal to help me stay focused. My 59th birthday is in two weeks and my mini goal is to be 148 (that's 10 lb loss) by then. After that my long term goal is to lose another 10 by next birthday (138) when I'll be a scary 60, yikes! It's important right now to take control of my health and weight so I can stay active and healthy for years to come. I'll let you know how it goes and if I make it to 148 by August 2nd!
