I can do 6 FULL (machine) pull ups now! WHOOOO!!!

  • When I first started using the thing after taking off 175lbs of my weight (269lbs) I could't even do 3 full ones now I'm up to 6! Reached my mini goal!
  • Well I should mentioned when I started I was 285lbs that probably played a huge roll on why I can do a pull up but then there is two goals in one WHOOOO!!! I'm still happy!
  • I wish our gym had a pull up machine... The gym I went to before had one. But that may be how I hurt my shoulder before... Hmm on second thought, maybe not so much with the pull up machine. But I think it's awesome you have increased that much. I want so bad to have good upper body strength, but it seems so hard to make much progress as a chick. But congrats and keep up the good work!
