I am 223 and no longer need to lose 100 lbs to get to goal 125!!!!

Congrats barbie, but don't forget that the 100 pound club is a good thing! It's a celebration of those people fighting to lose so much, and those who succeed. So you can always be proud that at one point in your life, you were working to lose triple digits!

Thanks Flat Tum and Kelly.

Flat Tum, I basically go to the gym everyday for at least 1 hour and half and I try to only eat one serving of carbs per meal (about 25) and also watch my calories intake. So low carb, low cal, and lot of exercise. Best of luck on your journey too, you will make it as well.


Kelly, that is a really good perspective and totally made my day.
