Default small step on the old hard beaten path!!

i have a silly little NSV this morning.

so, i've been a little bit of a bugger with my clean eating lately (but not workouts) and regained about 20 lbs. in 3 months, dealt with some eating issues, etc etc etc.

yesterday, i was completely clean. stuck to plan, AND had an awesome workout!!

one day at a time. one foot in front of the other.

every time i have a desire to be naughty, i need to remember how good, feeling...GOOD feels!!
