I have not logged onto here in a while but since im officially half way to my goal i thought i would share this with all of you. Wow this morning I hit 140.8 on the scale! I can't believe I'm half way there!
Looking at my goal is looking much more attainable now than it did when I first started
although I can't see that big of a difference in my body but I can feel my clothes getting looser and looking better on me. Even my beloved yoga pants I live in are starting to loosen up. I'm kinda beating myself over not taking any before pictures but oh well
getting to this weight seemed like an unattainable goal but it's taken me 5 months and A LOT of willpower and I'm so happy I have not quit. Yeah I've had slip ups like almost everyone but I'm hoping I can lose the rest in the next 3 months
keep your head up girls! Don't give up and don't quit on your goals cause it will feel so good when you achieve them
