Talking Size 12!!!

Sure, I may be basically painted into them. But today I squeezed my butt into size 12s. I probably cannot fit all size 12 jeans, but I can fit one pair that I certainly couldn't close 2 weeks ago.

I have not been this small since my dad's heart attack 7 years ago, when I put on all this weight. I couldn't even pull size 12 jeans over my thighs.

Even though they don't fit perfectly, I am wearing them today. I will consider their tightness an external lap-band and a reminder of how good I have been doing and how far I have to go.

I still want to lose 15lbs before my wedding on July 4th. I know that its ambitious with only 4 weeks left to go.

Would love some support.

Also, I know it says I am super new. I am a long time lurker. I have recently since may 21st kicked my diet and workout routine into high gear and now that I am not lurking, I look forward to navigating the forums.

I've been doing a modified wonderslim plan which is similar to metafast. Wonderslim protein shake for breakfast, 100 calorie snack of some sort, wonderslim spicy macaroni and veggies for lunch, and a light dinner usually fish or poultry and loads of veggies or berries.

For workouts I am on the elliptical 35-45 minutes every morning and at least 20 minutes every evening. Then I try to throw in a 5 mile walk before work.

I need to add more weight training, and I am still at the point where it all feels torturous. But small victories are great motivation.

congrasts!!!
it must feel so good to wear jeans that you could not zip up a few weeks ago.
just think in 2 more weeks times the same jeans will be loose, and in amother 2 weeks they will be way too big for you.
keep it up.

Great job! Size 12 is a dream for me right now, as my 18's are impossibly tight. But I'll get there!
