Talking I beat 40 lbs!!!!!!

I was just trying to get to 40lbs this week...and I am almost 1 lb past it from today's weigh in! I was so happy!
My counselor even asked if I was eating because in 2 weeks I had lost 6 lbs. I assured her, I AM definitely eating! However I am exercising too which has helped!!

Wowww my goal is 40-50lbs but I fail every time in my weightloss goal and re-gain back
Disappointed but will try again this time starting today ..

sushaari you don't give up! Track everything you eat! Go by the 3 P rule...
Processed food is NONO
Packaged food is NONO
Protein...eat the right protein with the right food. Never just eat protein by itself...always pair it with fruit or veggies.
Skip white bread, potatoes, sugar etc and you will be surprised how it helps.

Thanks a lot for your 3P rule

I read some where more proteins help lose weight so I am taking meat or fish for dinner and sometimes have nuts in a day, Avacado some days. I hope that helps me there for Protein.

Yes I tagged a NO for Processed and Packaged food.
