Default NSV: I managed to do a lunge perfectly!

I feel like this is a ridiculous and basic thing to be able to do lunges properly but it was a big victory for me!

I've never been able to do dynamic lunges (I'm very weak and I didn't know how to get in the proper posture) but I've been going to a resistance training class at my gym and today I managed to do the whole set of dynamic lunges in proper form!

I'm super excited for myself being able to do the exercises properly actually makes them easier, I find. And I can definitely feel myself getting stronger!

Well done you. There is a big difference between doing an exercise and doing it properly! It's a brilliant feeling when you realise you are getting stronger, we really don't use our bodies enough

As someone who is still bedeviled by lunges, I would say this is a big deal

Congrats!

Thanks guys! It's reassuring that other people find them difficult too. Everybody else around me in the class busts out sets carrying 20 kg no big deal o_O one day...
