Default The longest I have been able to stay on track :)

I just realized its been a little over a months since I've started trying to lose weight. WOW, 2 months flew by when I think of it

Usually before I would give up in a week or even a few days and go back to my old habits and last year I managed to do it for 1 month but surely gave up. I've only lost 12lbs from the 35 I want gone but this makes me feel like I can really do this, it was a day to day struggle but now I feel like things have gotten easier and my way of thinking when it comes to food has changed. I don't feel like "I HAVE TO EAT THAT!" just because I like it and it's there. And before when I'd see the scale move down just a pound is feel so discouraged but now I get happy just knowing I'm going DOWN and not back up. Yes I've had a few binges but hey how many of us have not had a few?

Man this is such a great feeling
And I say this as I'm eating a 90 calorie Fiber One brownie with a cup of black coffee, and I'm not ashamed.

Great job! I too just hit the 2 month mark of staying On-Plan after over a year of going off and on like crazy, which led to nothing but gradual gains. It is a definite awesome feeling knowing that we stuck to our guns and kept chugging along.

Here's to another month!
