I've been stuck at 171.5 for a good four months now. I just cut grains of all shapes and sizes out of my diet a few days ago. On top of already working out, and I weigh 168.5!
I don't know if its me losing water weight or actually fat, either way, I have not seen the 160's in too long. Im 5"8', and so close to my goal!! *see ticker
