I'm having a mini celebration that I've lost 75.. I've been too self conscious to actually congratulate myself on getting to this point... losing past 70 pounds was a problem in it self since I was going through so much stress! Cheers for actually realizing how much lean protein and vegetables can do for my body!!
Personally, I think you need to treat yourself to a reward of some type, whether it be a new outfit or a manicure/pedicure, etc. Something to commemorate how well you have done!
