Thanks!!!! honestly, I have no clue....I think it may have been upping the calories a bit, then I dropped them back down......I did it earlier on, and it didn't work, but I guess my body decided it was gonna let go this time!!!
For every 5 lbs lost!
Mini Goal:15 lbs by Christmas/New Years (Didn't lose all 15, BUT lost 8!!)
