I have been going crazy for the last 2 and a half weeks not losing anaything. But instead of giving up like I almost did a couple times I am finally seeing a reward this morning!!! i was at 207.4 for 2.5weeks and this morning I was at 206.8. Im so happy that I stayed on plan and know I have to be strict with myself and the effort will surface!

Way to go!!! I'm in a similar situation. Went about 5 weeks with no loss. I feel like I'm back to losing but I won't know till next week when I weigh in. Congrats on sticking it out, it is seriously rewarding to get through a plateau because it's so much harder to stay on track without the scale moving!
