Default Officially not overweight

I know it is not much of an achievement considering what other people are doing here (you are heroes and heroines, guys), but well, I had to lose 22 pounds and I have lost 9 already, which makes my weight officially normal, though my shape is far from being nice yet. The weight left will be vanity weight then, but well, it was so hard for me to lose those pounds that I feel I have attained a mini-goal!

Next goals: Run 10k
Final goals: abs, no more overeating, four pounds less

How exciting! At 5'6", I have to weigh 154.5 to have a normal BMI. At 163.6, I'm pretty excited for that milestone! Congrats to you!
