just overweight!!! After years of unsuccessful attempts to get under 160, with a little perserverance (1 1/2 years worth) I've stuck with it and lost the 30 lbs necessary for my BMI to be 29.9. I just about crapped myself when that scale was in the 150s this morning. Halfway there; 30 more lbs to go and I'll be at a healthy BMI.
