Not sure if this goal is too small, but I thought I would share anyway. If there is a better place for this please let me know. I plan on starting my diet on 3/9 because I will be on a cruise the last week of Feb. I'm not worried about gaining on the cruise because my friends and I are usually very active on vacation. Throughout Feb. I plan to slowly cut out the bad things in my diet and introduce good things and exercise more. This week I had lunch at work all week ( I usually do fast food 2-3 times a week), I ate more veggies, fruit and cut back on diet soda. Next week no candy
and I plan to walk to a farther bus stop on the way to work. If anyone else has a micro mini goal let me know, I'd be happy to share the journey.
