I have been a member of 3FC for a longtime. I did really well when I first started here, then a lot of life changes happened, a severe depression kicked in due to those life changes and gained most of my weight back. Actually, when I first started 3FC I was 200lbs, when I started thinking about getting back on track last April I was 188, and actually bigger at 188 than I was at 200. I had a huge shift in fat/muscle ratio. Anyways, after 8 months of thinking about it, counting cals, working out, falling off the wagon a few times, ect here I am, just 15 lbs down, but went from a size 14 to a 10.

Congrats on your first 15 pounds!! And I'm back again too - I've been a member since 2007, although I never really posted anything until I came back in November 2011. I've gained and lost and regained tons of weight in the past 5 years, but I have to keep trying, you know?
