Hit this today! I was so happy the other day to be 10 lbs from 1st goal when I hit 170, I didn't even think about this. Was fiddling with the BMI calculator last night and realized if I hit 169 today, I made this one. And I did!
Pretty nice timing for my resolve- THIS is absolutely a No Turning Back moment. I have promised myself I will never ever ever be obese again!
