I hit 170 today, 10 lbs from my first goal. And last week I bought 2 pairs of size 14 jeans (14! ME!) and one of them is already a little loose!
I had so much to lose to get to my first goal, which isn't even my ultimate goal, just an intermediate one... 10 lbs away from that feels like a huge achievement!
Height: 5 ft 8.5" athlete who can give a punch & certainly take one too! :)
Good for you, you so got this weightloss thing, 3/4 of the way to maintenance, your in the final stretch now, keep on keeping on!!
