So, I should say that I have never (ever...in my whole life) lost more than 8 lbs. Usually I lose between 5-8 lbs and, for reasons unbeknownst to me, become lazy and fall off track.
I am happy to say I have broken this pattern since the first of January by losing 12 lbs (and counting)! I am doing what I consider to be a very sustainable program of exercise and calorie/carb cycling and haven't denied myself any of the foods that others may consider guilty pleasures.
I feel like I finally beat the lose/gain cycle and am going to stick with this until I reach my final goal!
