So I started to really be commited to lose weight after 6 months when I lose 19 pounds, then when I first started the first week I lose 1 lb and I was happy but then the next week I didn't lose a single pound but I did gain half.
I was disappointed, sad and really blamed myself, but i didn't gave up and continue to do exercise and eating healthy.
But today the scale said I was 2 lbs down!!!!
I'm so so so happy and even though I know it isn't that much weight I AM really proud of myself.
I learned that never give up NEVER even if the scale said that you gain 1 lb or didn't lose anything keep going!!
