So I met with my new trainer yesterday. She is BUFF BUFF BUFF and works me harder than my last trainer. Anyways, she got me doing pushups, I knew I could do like 3 man pushups but I guess my hands weren't positioned/aligned properly. So she showed me the right positioning and I did 10! TEN!!! I can't believe I did 10 man pushups and 2 reps!....when I started I couldn't even do 1 meesly jumping jack or even 1 pushup. I never thought I would get here
Congrats on the pushups! Yup, it's all about the hand positioning, I agree. Makes you feel like a rock star when you can bang out ten in a row, doesn't it?
Wow - awesome! I'm working my way down on an incline to be eventually able to do them on the floor. Those suckers are HARD! What a great accomplishment!
