I hit 139.6 one morning (while my stomach was completely empty), but I was wary of the success. I figured it was just a fluctuation and that I'd be back up into the 140s the next day. Nope! Now I'm a little over 138 and still have the same feeling, but I'm trying to be triumphant rather than wary.
This is part 1 of two sequential mini goals
My first was just to get into the 130s again (which I haven't been in since high school I think. At least 4 years ago). The second is to actually make it to 135. Then go from there!
I can't believe I finally made it into the 130s! It's like a dream come true.
