Default 30 lbs down!

Down 30 lbs as of yesterday, 15 to goal! Mostly just posting because I wanted to show off the 30 avatar.

But I gotta tell you, I was walking on air yesterday to have hit that 30 lb mark. I'm celebrating the 5 lb increments and very excited for the next one because 35 lbs is the weight of the dog food bags we buy and I can totally relate to exactly how much weight 35 lbs is. I can hardly lift it, how did I carry that around on my body all this time??? Gonna be fun to lift one and think "I lost this much!"

I love how you relate it to something you carry. I often wonder if while lifting 20# weights if I would want to carry that much more around again that I was for so long. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great job! I think the 5lb increments is a good idea. It's attainable but still significant. It's amazing when you realize how much 5lbs is to carry around on your body all the time, and now you're down 30!
