Smile MINI GOAL...Yeah ME!!!!

I'm really excited today. Holidays were challenging. I didn't do great but I didn't do bad. I went shopping today (needed new shoes) and had to celebrate my mini goal victories:

1) I am officially a 16 regular/14W. I started in April around a 22W pant/24W jacket. I went to Dillard's, Lane Bryant and Dress Barn and tried on a lot of 14Ws and they fit...some of them were even to big. This was a Christmas mini-goal for me to be in a 14W or smaller by Christmas and I did it!!!

2) I actually bought a XL shirt in the regular misses section. I tried on several, including, some REGULAR 14/16 dresses and THEY FIT!!!! I also tried on a regular 16 jean and it fit!!!! I'm still saying I'm a 14W because they still fit as well even though there's a lot of extra fabric.

3) I went shoe shopping and bought 3 pairs of shoes in my size that were not WIDE WIDTH....This hasn't happened since Junior High School!! I even bought 2 pairs a size smaller (although still wide width). (Yes, I did buy 7 pairs of shoes this weekend

4) I allowed myself to go to a Chinese buffet on Monday (I calorie count). I figured it into my day and didn't go absolutely CRAZY. I normally leave with my stomach hurting....This time, I ate, I was full but I didn't overstuff myself. Instead of my normal 5-6 pieces of crab ragoon....I only had 1. May sound small but it was HUGE for me.

Just had to tell someone....my husband is more concerned about the shoe bill right now!!!

Those are all great things!!! I just love the feeling of moving down to new sizes, even more than that number on the scale... Congrats again!!
