Before the holidays: Lost 10lbs.

After the holidays: Didn't gain any weight.

That is a big thing for me, I'm so happy I didnt gain anything back!

My dad started a diet before the holidays and I wish I started it with him! Now I'm up 5 pounds and he's down 20. So jealous.
