...that I'd be called a "regular" at the gym! I forgot my ID when I went to work out yesterday, but I just got waved on through and told that I'm such a regular, they know who I am! That feels as good as losing a significant amount of weight. I don't go to the gym to only lose inches and pounds, I want to be healthier. To know that I'm achieving that is just amazing.
New goal: Be a healthy-eating, trim and FIT beast at the gym! 140ish pounds, but the focus is on looking and feeling good--HEALTH!!!
