Minigoal in pictures

  • I'm not even half way from my goal, but i wanted to share this pictures, cause i'm proud. My weight loss journey started oct 2010 my weight was 264 pounds.

    In the last picture my weight is 213, but after that i was on vacation and then sick getting lots of medicine and not doing exercise, i wet up to 229.6 but today my weight is 221.76 but looking almost the same

    Well at the begining i was counting calories and eating clean foods. Whole bread, oats, veggies and lots of chicken breasts. But as i wanted to regulate my insuline and glucose level, started in november the CKD (Cyclical ketogenic diet, by Lyle McDonald), stoped it during vacactions and when i was sick, but started on it last week again.

    I lift weights 5x/week and do cardio 5-7x/week
