Well at the begining i was counting calories and eating clean foods. Whole bread, oats, veggies and lots of chicken breasts. But as i wanted to regulate my insuline and glucose level, started in november the CKD (Cyclical ketogenic diet, by Lyle McDonald), stoped it during vacactions and when i was sick, but started on it last week again.
I lift weights 5x/week and do cardio 5-7x/week
