Yay! So after a disappointing weigh-in this morning, on a whim I decided to measure my waist. 2 inches down! (now 26.5") Funny how when the scale show no result, the measuring tape can

Wow fantastic! You must be toning up and losing fat/gaining muscle! Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole truth that's for sure!
