Default Nsv = Getting Started!

So, I know it's not a lot, but it feels so huge to me, because this is the first time I actually put an effort into my weight loss in more than a year. I' happy I'm getting started again, I just need to persevere this time. But this is my biggest accomplishment in years: sticking to my plan all day.

Last night after weighing myself I had sort of a mini-breakdown. For the first time in almost 10 years, I wrote down a concrete plan for getting in shape and down to a healthy weight, with a caloric budget, a workout and meal schedule.
This morning I woke up, had my planned breakfast, worked out for an hour, had my planned lunch, and tonight I had my planned dinner, and I have even stayed out of the cookie jar! And it's almost time for sleep!

This is my mini-victory. For now.
