My scale tells me my weight has dipped below 175, so that's 50 pounds lost out of 100.
And I'm out of the "obese" BMI and into "overweight." Woot! I'm stoked because this was my "by the end of the year" goal, so I'm a month ahead of my self-imposed schedule. My crazy time at works starts in January and it's going to get harder for me to eat and exercise the way I have been, so if I can get below 170 by then, I'll be in decent shape.
