Mini goal #3?
I don't know if I believe it. Just 2 days ago I was 180. Yesterday was 174, now today is 170!?! Seems to good to be true. I did just start my period on Monday, last month I lost 10lbs within the first week of my cycle as well. It's amazing how much water I retain.
#1: 191 - No longer obese; Met 10/26/2011
#2: 180 - My 'lightest' after having kids; Met 11/16/2011
#3: 170 - Just because I needed an in between goal!
#4: 160/159 - My 'heaviest' before having kids/no longer overweight
Final: 150 - digging through my old 'skinny' clothes!
