Couldn't believe my eyes as I groggily stepped on the scale this morning so I had to weigh in twice but I'm finally less than 190! I was hoping to get to this goal by the end of this week so getting there this early in the week is a really nice surprise.
I have some nice non-food related rewards so now I just need to figure out what it is I want to do to reward myself
Whitestrips? A massage?
My next goal is 185 and I get to check out a box of clothes that I couldn't quite fit at 195. But to get 9 lbs from my goal feels great! I'll be thrilled to get there! The next step will be to set another goal - maybe another 20 lbs?? Feeling super motivated today
