Talking Next mini-goal met: 9 lbs from goal!

Couldn't believe my eyes as I groggily stepped on the scale this morning so I had to weigh in twice but I'm finally less than 190! I was hoping to get to this goal by the end of this week so getting there this early in the week is a really nice surprise.

I have some nice non-food related rewards so now I just need to figure out what it is I want to do to reward myself Whitestrips? A massage?

My next goal is 185 and I get to check out a box of clothes that I couldn't quite fit at 195. But to get 9 lbs from my goal feels great! I'll be thrilled to get there! The next step will be to set another goal - maybe another 20 lbs?? Feeling super motivated today

Oh My Goodness almost 50 lbs lost, Congrats and well done! And I vote a massage for your reward

Think about how quickly 2011 went by. 2012 will go by even faster. Don't you want to spend that time losing weight?

I say massage also. As I would love one and can't afford it!

For your next goal, I go by 10lb increments. Makes it seem less daunting and more attainable.

#1: 191 - No longer obese; Met 10/26/2011
#2: 180 - My 'lightest' after having kids; Met 11/16/2011
#3: 170 - Just because I needed an in between goal!
#4: 160/159 - My 'heaviest' before having kids/no longer overweight
Final: 150 - digging through my old 'skinny' clothes!
