Now I'm down like 13lbs! 2lbs or so to a healthy body weight.
What's my secret? Axed all junk food - no pop, chips, cookies, ice cream et al. Portion control, focus on nutrient dense foods, eat to hunger, no eating for reasons other than hunger. I don't calorie count but if I start to plateau, I will.
I also try to get exercise every day. I have a 9 month old so it can be a challenge.
