I was in Ottawa all week and I usually gain weight over a business trip - hard to eat healthy with all the tempting foods on the menus. My mini-challenge was to hit the gym every day, eat healthy and break even on the scale at the end of the week. Welp, I did just that and I actually LOST 2 more lbs!! Yay! Ate some delicious salads, chicken breast entrees (hold the carbs, extra salad/veggies instead please) and it hardly felt like dieting most days
