Default 1/3 of the way there

I am officially one third of the way to my goal. It took me a month to drop from 204 to 203 but I am there!
Next mini goal is 199! Hopefully I can make it there by Christmas, but if not I still have this somewhat large victory. I personally think I can get 4 pounds off in two months, I am back to exercising again after a small foot problem. My foot still hurts some but I can not sit still any longer it will be freezing soon and I won't want to go walking then. I am stretching my foot like I am supposed to and wearing arch supports now so I hope my foot won't get to hurting to bad.
Anyhow onward to 199 then 197 and 50 pounds lost. But first 199. It has been 4 1/2 years since I was there and can't wait to get there again.

Great job blueice10! I also want to give you kudos for sticking to it even when it took you a month to go from 204 to 203! That is commendable!

Mini-Goals: 10%/24lb~pedicure (met 10/16/13) - halfway/35lb~new clothes - onederland/41lb~massage - goal/170~new dress (and maybe diamonds hehe)

= For every 5lb lost (hopefully to re-add more!)

Well done and keep at it! There is a saying where I come from, something like; grain by grain the chicken will eat it's lunch :P

So basically... One by one and you'll get there
Trying to master the Dukan diet since July 2013!

I'm sorry to hear about your foot problem blue. Occasionally I'll pull a muscle in my leg that slows me down and will sometimes beat myself up for not being able to exercise like I want but I have to keep in mind that sometimes I need to go slow and let my body heal so that I can stay active for the long term.

It's wonderful that you are 1/3 of the way to your goal! Keep this in mind: It matters not how slowly you go, only that you do not stop!

I will get back to my goal weight!

Love It!
Admire your dedication!!

Think about how quickly 2011 went by. 2012 will go by even faster. Don't you want to spend that time losing weight?

Congratulations to you you! Getting to goal weight can be a very challenging thing, but that makes getting there even more rewarding when you do.

Lost my first 25 pounds on my own and the rest (so far) with Jenny Craig

If you hate starting over...STOP giving up!!!
