Default Another mini-goal smashed!

After hitting my first mini-goal of 20lbs three weeks ago, I thought it'd be a while before I hit my next one of 30.
Lo and behold, I stepped on the scales this morning and saw that 33lbs were gone!
Although I've got another 105lbs to go until goal, my clothes are all ready looser and I have a huge amount of energy to spare!
I feel like a completely new person, it's amazing.
I'm so happy with the changes I've been making, this is really one of the greatest things I've ever done
