Hi all!!! Some of you know that I have been avoiding the scale since I joined this forum in September. My highest known weight is 213, which was just a few short months ago. I told myself this morning, "Hey, Jess, you've been eating well and getting in some exercise lately. You should weigh yourself; weight is a good and easy indicator to make sure you are progressing." I thought I would be at around 207, which I didn't want to see, but hey, it's just a number, and seeing 205 a week from now would be great!
Low and behold: 199.5!!! I've lost 13.5 lbs, and I've met two mini goals: I am no longer obese (past 202 for my height), and I am in the ONEhundreds! Yay!!!!
I have a long way to go, but it's nice to know that my calorie counting really counts! (Hee hee!)
I hope everyone else is having a successful day! I cannot wait to see a 180-something number; I'm sure I'm only 4-8 short weeks away! Also, I couldn't be doing this without the support of 3FC! Love this site - thanks, all!
