Default 10% and feeling ENERGIZED

I hit 10%...and have lost 23.4 pounds. **** YEAH!!!


I'm a runner now, have all kinds of energy, and my blood pressure is way down. I'm going dancing tonight to reward myself!!! hopefully I won't look like this

ZERO to 10K: WEEK 1
C25K (GRADUATED)

4th: 195.5(15%) ONEderland and no longer OBESE reward: HAIR CUT, and NEW VDAY DRESS!! MET!!!

MINI GOAL: 193-Throw out old, big clothes
Second MINI GOAL: Get yourself some rain boots.
4th:189.0 PINOT'S PALETTE!!!!
5th: 184 (20%) reward:new clothes
6th: 164 (No longer OW)
7th: 150 Goal! Reward: photo shoot
